Timeline for your first day.

All your assignments – WHERE you need to be and WHEN – are found in the Service Autopilot App (we’ll get to that next).
On your first day, it is expected that you will arrive to the job 15 minutes BEFORE the scheduled start time. When the app says the job starts at 8am, we are knocking on the clients door at 8am.
You will meet your trainer outside the job so do not knock on the client door until then. You trainer will go over:
– uniform
– supplies
– SA app to clock in
– answer any questions you may have.
You are NOT expected to talk to the client your first day. Let the trainer lead by example and show you how best to interact with clients with professionalism and grace. Some clients may be chatty, but that is not an excuse for letting them hijack the job you are there to do.

You will start the job at the client’s front door. (Clocking in and starting the job are 2 different things.)

Your trainer will get you into the client’s home and you’ll both head directly to the master bathroom where your trainer will get you set up.
Your first day on the job you will only be in the bathroom. Even once it’s clean you’ll just keep cleaning it over and over again until the job is over.

1) Meet up with trainer + Clock in
2) Enter client home and start job
3) End job
4) 10 min paid break
5) drive + 30 minute unpaid lunch break
6) Start next job
7) End job
8) Clock out and go home!
